Established in Soho in 1984, Littlejohn Contemporary Art relocated to NYC's Fuller Building on 57th Street where it remained for thirteen years before moving to Chelsea in 2011. Beginning January 2019, after 35 years of mounting exhibitions, representing artists, and developing careers, the gallery morphed into a primarily digital presence.

The gallery’s aesthetic presents a variety of genres, including abstraction and allegorical narrative, focusing primarily on painting, drawing, mixed media, and photography by national and international artists—several of whom Littlejohn had shown for over three decades. A primary focus of the gallery is artwork that is inspired by nature. Our artists stand out for the quality of their craft, uniqueness of vision, and thought-provoking contributions to the contemporary art world.
